The challenge
The Chong Kun Dang Gochon Foundation is a nonprofit that runs scholarship programmes and student housing support. The goal was to manage everything from applications and screening to scholarship payments and mentoring in one system, with online applications becoming scholar records as they arrive.
What we did
Qualisoft built scholar applications, screening, payments, mentoring and programme management in Dynamics CRM. Online application forms feed straight into the CRM, and a portal was added for Gochon Hall bookings and course registration.
